    Sunday’s Max Meditation is good for Teen as well because this meditation start with easy  body relaxation first.                         “Young people under more pressure these days.  Stress and anxiety would lead to attention disorders or lacking focusing. Often they are unsure about the things they are doing and unsure about themselves. Meditation  can help.  Max Meditation have 4 parts starting with  body relaxation, passive meditation, active meditation and guided meditation.     Spiritual Intuition

    Spiritual Intuition class will teach you how to expand your awareness and learn how to open all your spiritual senses so that you are able to practice to receive information more clearly and easily. CLICK HERE

    Hatha Flow

    Hatha Flow (HF):                                                                                                                                                                                              Hatha Yoga  is the same as Foundation Flow  which is the basic yoga style for beginners and intermediate students. Hatha Flow contains a set of asanas (poses) that are designed to adjust the body in a certain way that facilitates various energy channels in the body; so that energy can flow freely. It is a powerful tool for self transformation as it eases physical and mental obstacles. Regular practice of Hatha Yoga creates a path to explore the next limbs of yoga let’s say, withdrawal of senses, concentration, meditation, and absorption or balance.

    The main origin behind the practice of Hatha Yoga is breathing. Controlling our breath can help improve oxygenation in the body and reduces stress levels. Therefore, this practice stimulates us to focus on our breath, maintain steady balance and promotes stillness in mind.

    Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga offers long, meditative holds to delve into the deep connective tissues of the body.  A relaxing class based on working the major joints and the rarely touched connective tissues that surround them.  This class is based on an entirely different set of postures that are designed to be held for 2-5 minutes thus giving you a deep stretch and improving the mobility and flexibility of your joints.  This class is 90 min using blocks and straps provided by the studio.

    Kids Yoga

    Kids yoga class is taught on Mondays at 04:00-05:00pm by Jenny

    For children ages 6-12.Yoga will help your kids achieve the following:

    Max Meditation: 

    The Max Meditation System is a fusion of the ancient techniques of Yoga with the modern science of psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The benefits of this class include: reduction of stress, increased serotonin, clarity & creativity, peace of mind, enhanced energy, focus & concentration, and a connection to your inner guidance.

    Reiki Healing Hands

    Reiki is a powerful tool for relaxation, decreasing anxiety, tension, calming the mind as well as the body. It acts on all levels-physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It provides a means of doing something to help yourself in all situations. It helps with your personal growth, but can also be given to others. Reiki is about finding your own power and learning to trust yourself, and also the Universe.     Using an exercise ball can be a challenging way to add variety and fun to your workout. Exercise balls — also known as physioballs, Swiss balls, or fit balls — are large, vinyl balls you can use to strengthen and stretch your body, improving core stability and balance.

    Yoga Fitness

    Yoga Fitness: Join a more athletic class, challenge your body by focusing on alignment and balance.  Learn to link movements with breath while improving endurance of the entire body.  Advance your yoga practice in this class while focusing on the core and all the major muscle groups.  In this class you will become more bodily aware and relaxed.

    Yoga Tune Up Balls are an incredible tool for self care. They increase awareness and understanding of your painful places of muscle and fascial tension, reduce pain, stress, recovery time and the occurrence of injury while improving energy levels, well being, posture, core integration, anatomical understanding and bolster the immune, respiratory, circulatory and nervous systems, making them the perfect compliment to yoga asana and any other movement discipline.

    Power Yoga Beats

    Power yoga takes hatha yoga principles and speeds them up into a healthy rigorous workout. This dynamic Yoga style includes specific sequences designed to build strength and stamina. These classes are often recommended for people with some familiarity of the basic postures. Only do what you can do! Yoga is not a competition!

    Yoga Pilates

    Pilates classes focus on strength, muscle toning, body control, and flexibility, with the main emphasis being core strength. Pilates is a disciplined practice that needs to be done on a regular basis to provide benefit. If you like a more structured workout without the cardio component, chanting, OMing, or complex postures, this could be the workout for you.

    Teens Yoga

    Teens yoga, is an essential movement for fast-growing bodies. Yoga can also provide teens with essential life tools such as self-esteem and confidence, inner and outer strength, attention and concentration, and heightened awareness of both oneself and others.

    Ashtanga Flow

    Ashtanga Yoga employs a multitude of techniques, such as postures, breathing, concentration and meditation exercises. We could call it the yoga of techniques. Ashtanga Yoga differs from other forms of yoga in that it is dynamic, whereas most forms are static.

    Mixed Yoga

    Mixed yoga means Combining different styles of yoga in one class.  Join a well rounded hatha practice including vinyasa, yin and core strengthening.

    Hot Core

    Hot Core: Postures focusing on core strength. Tone all the muscles throughout the abdominal, and deep inner core.  An intense class, and really great work-out. You can do this class with the idea of really pushing yourself or take it easy. Just remember to use your breath especially using your exhales to move!

    Mixed Yin Yoga

    Mixed Yin Yoga is Combining Hatha Yoga postures that work the major yang muscles of our body with Yin postures that work our joints and connective tissues, this class will give you a well-rounded full body workout of both the major muscles and joints of your body.  Blocks and straps provided by the studio.

    Power Yoga

    Power Yoga: Every muscle group and every joint will receive attention in this class! A strong practice incorporating a dynamic flow, static holds, core conditioning, and pranayama. Do only what YOU can do. Remember to pay attention to your body!

    Hatha Flow

    Designed to stretch and strengthen all major muscle groups. The flow is combined with pranayama (breathing) practice and provides a great work out, while relaxing your mind, opening your heart and detoxifying your body. Depending on the instructor’s background and training, you will experience various posture sequences but always with safety in mind.

    Office Flow

    A modified Foundation flow class to provide a detoxifying sweat while you flow through an athletic and dynamic sequence of postures.  This is a 60 minute class with the option for any person to leave the class at the 45 minute mark or you can stay till the end.

    Powerful Flow

    Take your practice to a new level with a strong practice incorporating a dynamic flow, static holds, inversions, core conditioning, and pranayama.

    Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. This class is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga.

    Yin Yoga

    Yin offers long, meditative holds to delve into the deep connective tissues of the body. With a focus on the area of the hips and sacrum, release stress and tension throughout the entire body.  This class is 75 minutes in length, will supply yoga blocks and straps for extra support.

    Core

    In this 60 minutes class you can expect lots of postures to build and tone you core muscles, but mixed into the series will be postures to help strengthen your back, legs and arms as well. The focus will be on the core, but it will also be a great all-over body workout. Suitable for beginners or advanced students.

    Mix Flow

    This class will bring it up a notch from our traditional Foundation Flow. The practice will start with a Vinyasa flow, opening your body, warming all the main muscle groups with a particular focus on the upper body and core strength. The practice will then transition, through a balancing flow, to a more restorative, yin floor series, focusing on deeper stretches, holding poses for a bit longer, allowing for gentle deeper stretch. Even though the flow is more advanced, it is open to beginners.

    HYW Foundation Flow

    This class is a specifically designed yoga flow for the heated room -giving you a full body work out, stretching and strengthening all the major muscle groups. The flow is combined with pranayama (breathing) practice and provides a great work out, while relaxing your mind, opening your heart and detoxifying your body.
