When you sign up for your first week at the studio, you will complete a Waiver form, whereby we ask you for certain information, including personal information (such as your name, date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address). In certain locations, we also take an imprint of your fingerprint for sign-in purposes. For packages, we also collect your credit card information (for example, for monthly billing purposes). We store the information on our computer and on a back up system, both being password protected for access only by us.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we will only use your e-mail address to send you updates as to News & Events at the studios. We will not sell, rent or trade your email address. However, we reserve the right to share you information between the studios and with Hot Yoga Wellness International Inc.

If at any time you wish to stop receiving our e-mail communications, please send us a return email marked with "REMOVE" in the subject line and your name (as is in our system) and we will not send you any more emails.
