    What is Hot Yoga?

    Hot Yoga is “body temperature” yoga. As a result of the increased temperature, your flexibility is increased, the body releases toxins easily. The intensity of your workout is up to you. There are classes through the day and evening to fit your needs.

    The heat means that you can get into the postures more deeply and effectively and the benefits come quickly. You will experience a satisfying and almost addictive feeling of achievement from practicing yoga in the “body temperature” studio room.
