    Qigong Classes

    Qigong is an ancient Chinese martial art that promotes good physical, emotional and mental health. Most people in the western world practice Qigong for its many health benefits. Qigong consists of slow, flowing movements accompanied by deep breathing. These movements relax the mind and body and help reduce stress while increasing energy levels. Recent research also shows that Qigong improves balance and posture and can lower blood pressure. The natural upright body alignment assumed during Qigong canĀ strengthen the back muscles, assisting the spine and thus can relieve back pain and strengthen your lower body.
