    Want to get in shape? Want to lose weight? Just 3 or 4 classes per week will get you in shape. You will be delighted! Take a “body temperature” yoga class in our infra-red heated studios.                                                                                                                     Challenge yourself:
    If you run, cycle, spin, weight train or whatever then do an experiment. For one month do ONLY Hot Yoga classes. You will discover that at the end of your absence from your ‘normal’ exercise routine that you will do better than ever. We have seen this phenomenon occur with so many of our students that we no longer wonder when they say that ‘yoga is the best exercise in the whole wide world”. It is therefore not surprising that a lot of people simply do ONLY “hot yoga”.
